Card Payments Policy Overview

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for card payments made for services and products at Every dog club, including overnight boarding, daycare, transport services, and in-store purchases. It applies to all transactions made at any of our centers or through our online booking system.

Payment Terms Overnight Stays

Overnight Stay Bookings

  • 50 % payment is required at the time of booking to secure your pet’s stay for an overnight booking at our centers.
  • Payments can be made via debit or credit card through our secure online portal or in person at any of our centers.

Online Booking Terms

  • When you make a booking request via the app your booking is not confirmed until we have received the agreed deposit, this booking will be held for 1hr if the deposit is not paid the space will be released.
  • If the deposit has not yet been transacted, please telephone us to make payment by credit or debit card, or visit the premises during opening hours.
  • Cheques are not accepted.
  • The deposit is non-refundable unless we receive at least one month’s notice of cancellation or amendment prior to the start of the booking.
  • If a booking is cancelled with less than 30 days’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the full booking value will apply.
  • £10.00 administration fee will be charged to process the cancellation and refund.
  • Cancellations made after 12:00 noon on the day before check-in, or in the event of a no-show, will be fully chargeable.
  • We will require full payment for the booking via the app, cash, or card payment when you leave your animal with us. No reduction will be offered for early collection.
Dog Walking & Field Hire

Dog Walking

  • Dog walking services are not booked using credits and must be paid for at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be fully chargeable.

 

Field Hire

  • Field hire may be booked using credits or paid directly.
  • If booked using credits:
    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will result in the credit being reinstated.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will result in the credit being forfeited.
  • If paid directly:
    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be fully chargeable.
Daycare and Transport Services
  • These services are purchased in the form of credits, which can be redeemed against daycare or transport bookings.
  • Credits can be purchased:
    • As individual credits (single-use).
    • As blocks (multi-use packages at a discounted rate).
  • Credits are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable once redeemed.
  • Credits can be used at any of our centers, offering flexibility for our customers.
Product Purchases
  • Products purchased in-store or on app may be paid for via debit or credit card.
  • Customers have the right to a refund, exchange, or store credit for any faulty or damaged goods, subject to our standard return policy.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
Hydrotherapy Bookings
  • Hydrotherapy sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment or no-shows will be fully chargeable.
  • Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Security and Data Protection

 

  • All card transactions are processed securely in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
  • We do not store card details. All payment data is handled by our trusted payment processor.
