I am the manager at our Baldock site. The team and I love looking after all the dogs and cats that you bring to us and always look forward to their next stay.
My passion is making sure that all the animals know how special and loved they are by giving them the best care possible.

Currently I live with 6 dogs whose names all begin with “S”and 4 cats that start with “T”, don’t ask why 🤣🤣

so work is home from home for me.

I work at EDC 3 days a week and a local vet practice 2 days a week. I have a smallholding with sheep, dairy goats, pigs and poultry. Plus I also dog sit and board in my home for fellow villagers.

My pets are my 2 GSP dogs, ferrets and a buzzard. I don’t have time for a social life but occasionally I like to visit my daughter in Australia.

Hi my name is Rosey, I completed a Level 3 Animal management qualification to a distinction standard. I have been working in the kennel industry since the age of 16, and grown up with dogs my whole life including three rescues.

At this time I currently own a dopey Labrador and a terrier cross.

I believe I am dependable and hard working, and strive for the best canine care possible.

Hi i’m Eloise, kennel supervisor. I started working here in 2021 and have always had a passion for animal care and seeing them live there best lives, I’ve grown up with dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs and currently have a Labrador and cocker spaniel as well as a few small animals. I love working with our team and seeing your pets enjoy themselves whilst they holiday with us

Hi I’m Sue,I moved up to Hertfordshire from Kent 9 years ago to be near my daughter Cassie.
I joined the kennels as a receptionist and I also work for Knebworth House.
I enjoy meeting owners and their pets, especially when reunited at the end of their stay, when the sheer happiness of the occasion is very apparent.
It’s a happy, positive place to work in; to be part of a great team with the collective aim of caring for the owners and their pets with the utmost diligence and compassion.

Hi, I’m Shauna! I am a level 5 animal management graduate. I have always had a huge passion in caring for animals and have spent my entire life around them. My love for animals started with my very first pet at the age of 1, a Tibetan Spaniel called max. I currently have 2 cats, a cockapoo and a hamster. My experience spreads widely across many animals, as I spent a lot of free time during my studies volunteering in various roles (including doggy day care, dog training, zoos, and a cattery).

I am passionate about our furry friends and making their stay with us enjoyable. Having lived with our family Goldendoodle Tommy, I developed a strong bond with him and understood his goldendoodle ways.

I now have my own little nugget Reilly a 3 year old fun loving cockapoo. I have a way of connecting with our animals and nurturing them, meeting all their different needs during their stay.

Hi, I'm Leigh I have been working for a kennels for just under 7 years my main role is to safely collect dogs from their homes give them fun social walks with their buddies then return them home.

I have had dogs all my life & in the past fostered over 50 pups & found them their forever homes.

Hi, I'm Lyn. I work in reception to get my dog fix as well 😊 I don't have any pets now, but I regularly look after Eric a chocolate lab & Jack a "special " collie.

Hi I'm Lauren I am a Master’s-level qualified and RAMP-accredited Veterinary Physiotherapist, dedicated to improving musculoskeletal health and enhancing functional outcomes. Each treatment plan is developed in close coordination with veterinary teams and owners to provide the most effective, evidence based care.

When I’m not busy treating patients, you’ll find me out exploring with my labradoodle Bella or spending time in the saddle with my horse share, Norris.

Hi, I’m Alana, shift leader. I have worked at the kennels here for almost three years. I love welcoming your pets and making sure they have a fun and comfortable holiday with us! I’ve grown up around dogs and currently have a miniature schnauzer of my own.
I’m qualified in media and have a passion for photography, so I really enjoy capturing special moments of your pets during their stay.

Previously, I worked in a pet shop and have a strong interest in pet nutrition, which helps me provide the best care and advice for your furry friends.

Hi, I’m Luke! I’ve grown up around dogs and can’t remember a time when they weren’t part of my life. Over the years I’ve cared for and trained dogs of all shapes and sizes, and now I’m lucky enough to have a job working with them every day. At home, I share my life with a spaniel and a beagle, and I love spending time with them and taking them on walks.

Genevieve joined our team at the start of 2023 after a career in health care. Genevieve has had an affinity for animals all her life, and the chance to work with dogs as well as cats couldn't be passed up!

Genevieve is sensitive to the needs of all the dogs and cats that come to board and ensures that all the animals are comfortable and, above all else, enjoy their stay!

She also shares her home with her twelve year old Beagle (Kal), who is regularly taken on car rides to explore new places to walk. His favourite place so far: the beach!
